In 2004, E4C purchased a small apartment building to provide affordable, supported housing for women ready to move on from Our Place to semi-independent living.
Our Other Place has nine self contained bachelorette suites.
The tenants are given the option of participating in the meal plan offered at Our Place or cooking their own meals. Medications are monitored by staff and tenants visit Our Place once a day to pick up a 24 hour supply. Staff visit the house once a week to assess the women's well being and to do housekeeping.
Our Other Place is self-supporting through the rent paid by the occupants.
