The Women Moving Forward Program (WMF) addresses pre-employment readiness for homeless women residing at E4C's shelter programs: the Women's Emergency Accommodation Centre (WEAC) and Elizabeth House.

The goals of the program are to support women to:

WMF utilizes an individualized and holistic approach to increase participants' capacity to become self-sufficient to the greatest degree possible, while acknowledging multiple barriers faced by the women using E4C's shelter programs. Program services are guided by individual assessment, service planning, and outreach support addressing any or all of the following components: WMF is delivered in partnership with Alberta Employment and Industry and Métis Nation of Alberta.
